2. Your Appointment Times

It is up to you to arrive at the appointment time given, as I see other patients. If you arrive early you may disturb another patients session, so please arrive exactly at the time given, no earlier and no later. If you are calling me by telephone then the same applies, call at the time given, otherwise this may disturb other patients treatment.

3. Your Appointment Start Time

Please be aware that I have to keep to appointment times, I can not run over, otherwise other patients appointments will be affected.

4. Allow yourself adequate time to get to your appointment and afterwards to give yourself adequate time prior another appointment.

Please ensure you give yourself enough time before and after the appointment session to allow yourself plenty of time to prepare, find parking etc and similarly following an appointment so you do not feel rushed, so you make the most of your investment and time.
